Shipping Policy

  2. Product Availability: We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website, but occasionally an item may be out of stock. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you and provide you with an estimated restocking date or suggest a suitable replacement.
  3. Cancellation and Changes: You can cancel or make changes to your order before it is shipped. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

Return Policy:

  1. Return Eligibility: You can return any item purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. You will be required to provide your order number and reason for the return. We will then provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Exchange Policy: We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping & Returns

If you change your mind or receive damaged goods due to transportation within 30 days of your order, please contact us via the “Contact” form and return the item at your own expense. We will reimburse you for the item upon receipt and processing of your refund

The processing time for your refund is 7 days after our team receives your returned item.
